Lecture Description

In addition to AI/AI, the shortage of skilled workers in logistics is currently the dominant topic at conferences, in the media - and, of course, on the executive floors and in HR departments. In many cases, companies can no longer provide their services because they lack (suitable) personnel. In addition, with the GenZ, a generation is driving the labor market, which is under pressure, with its needs and requirements. This employee:internal market is causing immense problems for logistics.
BUT. Of course, Germany's third-largest economic sector is not only colorful and diverse, but also an interesting field of activity for career starters and those willing to change jobs. Around three million women and men have already recognized this - because that's how many people work in logistics. Four of them will be sitting in Forum A4 at "transport logistic" at 2:30 p.m. on May 9, 2023. Larissa Eger, Ramona Lerch, Stefan Opel and Andreas Schumann will be talking about their path into logistics, the image of the business sector, and the future demands on employees in an increasingly digital working environment.
