Prices for stand space only
The following prices are the participation costs for the stand space only, calculated per square meter of exhibition space. The design, planning, construction, assembly and dismantling of your stand are not included and must be planned individually.

| Participation prices are calculated net, per square meter of floor space. Minimum size in the halls is 9 square meters, in the outdoor exhibition area 20 square meters. Please note: In the case of a two-story construction, a surcharge of 50 percent of the floor space price will be made for the second floor. The area of the second floor will not be taken into account in calculating the allocation of free exhibitor passes. |

A mandatory communication fee will be charged for each exhibitor’s stand and for each co-exhibitor. The mandatory communication fee for:
Exhibitor’s: first stand EUR 1,050
each additional stand EUR 250
Co-exhibitor EUR 350
The mandatory communication fee includes the basic entry in the exhibition directories (print, online and mobile) as outlined in clause B 13 “Media Services”. For exhibitors or co-exhibitors whose online registrations are received after February 26, 2027, only a display of the basic entry in the online and mobile directories is possible. Exhibitors can book other entries in the respective advertising media for extra charges. Prices for the additional listing and promo?tion opportunities are given on the respective online order system, which will be sent to exhibitors by the media services partner contracted by Messe München GmbH
After the fair, the prepayment will be reconciled on the final invoice against services actually ordered.
The Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) collects a contribution from all exhibitors. This is invoiced by Messe München GmbH and transferred directly to AUMA.
The mandatory, flat-rate waste disposal fee is to cover the disposal of all waste generated at the exhibitor’s booth during setup and dismantling and throughout the duration of the trade fair. The disposal of production waste, entire stand elements and complete exhibition stands is not covered by this fee

The full-service stand package includes the following services:
- 16 m² or 20 m² row stand (one side open)
- High-quality stand construction including carpeting (color of your choice), 5 or 7 spotlights, 2 long-arm spotlights, 1 socket, 1 fascia board (150 x 30 cm incl. 20 letters), 1 cabin (1 x 1 m) lockable incl. 1 coat rack and 1 waste basket, 1 seating group (consisting of 1 table 70 x 70 cm white and 4 chairs white) 1 info counter (open) approx. 100 x 50 x 100 cm, 1 bar stool white
- Electrical connection and consumption (3 kW, 230 V/50 Hz)
- Daily cleaning and waste disposal (disposal fee included)
