NEUREUTER FAIR MEDIA GmbH is our only and official media partner for transport logistic and air cargo Europe.
You can update your company entry and upload your logo in the exhibitor shop under the category ‘Media Services’.

If not already done: Please complete your company entry for the trade fair directories by February 28 at the latest. You can make the necessary adjustments in the Exhibitor Shop under “Media Services”.

Please also register your co-exhibitors until the deadline on February 28. Every co-exhibitor registered by then will receive 30 free vouchers for a one-day ticket

Invite your customers and potential business partners to transport logistic and air cargo Europe 2025! Order your vouchers for visitor day tickets in the exhibitor shop.

Exhibitor passes for your stand personnel can also be ordered now in the exhibitor shop.

Reminder: Payment deadline for admission invoice: March 31, 2025

If you have not yet paid your admission invoice for transport logistic 2025, we kindly ask you to do so until next Monday.

Please note the deadline of April 10, 2025 for technical orders when planning your stand.

You can order all necessary technical connections such as electricity, water, suspension points, lights, telecommunications etc. directly in the exhibitor shop.

Is your stand larger than 100 m², higher than 3 meters, two-storey or planned with a cover?

If at least one of these points applies to your stand, please send your stand plans for approval to tas1@messe-muenchen.de by April 10, 2025.

🚩 The official opening of transport logistic 2025 will take place on Monday, June 2 at 11:00 a.m. in the forum hall A3 - with Federal Minister of Transport Patrick Schnieder and Stefan Rummel, Managing Director of Messe München. All exhibitors are cordially invited, registration is not necessary.
